摘要

Food safety not only involves the citizen's hygiene and health, but also exerts a direct influence on foodstuffs 'domestic trade and imp. & exp., becoming a social and economic issue which should be dealt with seriously. China plans in 2004-2008 to carry forward the food safety credit system in an all-round way. It is useful to a certain extent to draw on the experience of Swedish practice in control o f food quality for raising the management level of food safety in China.
