Through investigation and research, this paper analyzes the needs and status quo of medical students' English learning, and makes a correlation analysis between them. This paper uses the strategy of questionnaire survey and take the actual medical students in our country as the survey object, and uses two-dimensional model of Oxford and three-dimensional model of O'Malley and Chamot statistical method to get the final conclusion. The results show that the high score group students show stronger internal learning motivation, the choice of cognitive strategies shows a strong sense of autonomy and responsibility, while the low score stu?dents mainly show external learning motivation, in the specific learning process, they rely more on mechanical imitation and ignore the cultivation of creative thinking.
