摘要

Organic-inorganic hybrid metal halide perovskite materi-als have attracted much research interest over the past dec-ade because of their unique electrical and optoelectronic prop-erties,e.g.,long diffusion length,high charge mobility,low binding energy,high absorption coefficient,and low density of trap states.
