摘要

Fifteen piglets(DW 8.23±0.87 kg) were used to determine the effects of adding lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan to low-protein diets on protein synthesis in weaned piglets. The results indicated that only RNA in liver and longissimus Dorsi were improved by the treatments. Indicating that the effects of ideal protein on the synthesis of protein is on transcriptional level.
