Based on an analysis of language transfer theory and literature research method,it analyzes the factors of the effect of mother tongue transfer(positive transfer and negative transfer) of English learners on English pronunciation learning and summarizes some negative transfers which impede Englishlearners’ English pronunciation learningin sounds,syllables and inflections.And it puts forward positive transfers correspondently.It proposes some strategies which try to decrease negative transfers’ obstacles for English learners and makes full use of positive transfers to help English learners improve their Englishpronunciationmore efficiently.
