摘要

With the break down of this thesis,I intend to elaborate the significance of English atmosphere in English studying; in addition,the agenda for utilization in practice should hardly be ignored. Should the proposed assertion succeed in fulfilling,the authority and the whole society have responsibility for assistance to maintain English surrounding properly. Qualified teachers play an essential role in organizing mini English environment ideally concerning the same issue in terms of ability in language aspect and capacity in communication.
