From Feb 24 to 26,Debora Balatseng,minister plenipotentiary of the Republic of South Africa to China,led a team of economic and agricultural councilors to Sichuan and,together with the Sichuan Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries(SPAFFC),held a successful roundtable seminar in Chengdu about investing in South Africa.
