摘要

<正>Language has emerged and has been developing together with its culture.They have been mutually dependent through their history.Any language belongs to the people with their own culture. It is not possible to understand a language fully or to communicate efficiently without understanding of its culture.English is a language which belongs to English-speaking countries who have their own culture.Therefore,it is also so dependent on its culture that it is very essential to lay enough emphasis on cultural education in English language teaching and learning.
